AYANA Resort and Spa is Bali world-class, award winning destination resort located on 90 hectares cliff-top land perched above Jimbaran Bay.

AYANA Resort has many amazing places to lounge during the day. There is the gorgeous Ocean pool (1st and 7th photo) which is an infinity pool right by the ocean.

Tip: get there early as the sun loungers fill up quick. This pool also has a no-child policy so its perfect for relaxing with champagne cocktails.

On the way down to the Ocean Pool, you will go pass the famous Rock-Bar. It is a open bar located on natural rocks with the amazing views of the sunset and ocean. It is a must visit place.

We spent the afternoon at the Main Pool as the kids pool was closed for maintenance. Keep in mind, this pool does get very busy.

My personal favourite pool is the River Pool (last photo). It is quiet and relaxing. However I had my kids with me and got the impression from other guests that we were bothering them so we didn’t get to stay long. However it is PERFECT for couples who want to relax and lounge all day.  It is also a very popular photo shoot location, hence why I decided to jump on the band wagon, got out of my comfort zone of being in a bikini and got the photo. >_<

Yes, I have body issues (especially after two kids) – I’m working on it. =)
